SHIPPING
// What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are delivered within 3 days with Bpost. Bpost delivers from Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped. You can track your package with the tracking number in this email. If you are not at home, Bpost will take your order to the nearest post office.
// What are the shipping costs per country?
Shipping within Belgium & Europe is free.
For international deliveries – outside of Europe, please send us an e-mail and we will calculate the shipping costs for your country.
RETURNS
// How much time do I have to return my order?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
// What are the return costs per country?
We don’t charge shipping costs, but if you want to return an item(s), the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Cost of return in Europe/International: 19,99 EUR
// How do I claim a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 14 days of purchase.
- Send an e-mail to info@nous-antwerp.com and tell us why and which item(s) you want to return.
- Depending on the reason of return we will refund or exchange the item(s).
- We will send you a return form.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the labels and hangtags. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Drop the package off in a Bpost post office or parcel shop (for Belgian returns) or in a DHL parcel shop (for EU/international returns).
REFUNDS
After receiving your return, we make a refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This may take up to 3 business days.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items at our cost if they are defective or damaged.
If you want to exchange your order for a different size, you need to send us an email at info@nous-antwerp.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. We advise to use a trackable shipping service (or purchasing shipping insurance) to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
CANCELED ITEMS
We continuously monitor our online stock with the greatest possible care. We depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of your order it appears that an item is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality requirements set by us. In this case, the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, will be refunded.
